MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The Marshfield Police Department was dispatched to a Marshfield residence on Tuesday afternoon after an anonymous call reported a deranged man throwing things in his yard.
The caller said the man appeared to be upset and when police arrived, the wife of the man said he was upset and left. The man returned to the residence on the 700 block of N. Wood Ave. while officers were still on-scene and was under the influence of alcohol.
The man was under bond restrictions and was taken into custody. Ultimately, charges of felony and misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia will be referred to the Wood County District Attorney’s Office.
The man was transported to the Wood County Jail. One arresting officer and two assisting officers responded to the scene.
