MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – December 5
Wood County Dispatch received a report of a physical altercation at a bar in Marshfield. Several individuals involved had left the scene but were quickly located and identified. A 23 year old Marshfield female and 29 year old Marshfield male stated they were attacked by a female from out of state and sustained minor injuries during the altercation; however, neither one wanted any police action taken at the time. Police are looking into reviewing security camera footage from inside the bar.
December 17
A 31-year-old Marshfield woman contacted police after a 28 year old Colorado female came to her place of employment after four years of no face to face contact. The Marshfield woman stated that she has informed the female two years ago to cease all contact and had blocked her number. The 28 year old female was contact by phone by this officer who stated that she will no longer contact the complainant in person or by phone and has already left the state, nothing further.
December 20
A 54 year old Marshfield man was taken into custody for Disorderly conduct and a valid DOC warrant. The male became resistive with officers and Marijuana was located on his person. Charges of Disorderly Conduct, Resisting, and possession of THC will be forwarded to Wood County DA.
