  • 10.24.18 at 20:37: During a traffic stop, a 30 year-old Marshfield male was arrested for OWI 1st and possession of Methamphetamine. He was medically cleared at MMC ER and booked at the MPD. He was later transported to Wood County Jail.
  • 10.22.18 at 15:25: A woman reported finding tobacco products (1 cigaratte, 2 Juul Pods) in the possession of a 16 and 14 year-old male. They were given warnings, their parents informed, and the products were confiscated.
  • 10.22.18 at 21:05: A 38 year-old woman reported that between the hours of 8:30 on 10/21 to 20:00 on 10/22, unknown individual(s) had forced entry into her unoccupied apartment. The interior furniture and decorations had been displaced, her pet beta fish was found in the toilet, and the bedroom floors were covered in misc. items. A neighborhood canvas was conducted and no one noted anything suspicious. Nicole has no suspects and did not give anyone permission to enter her residence. One ZTE Smartphone was damaged and a pearl ring and miscellaneous coins were stolen.
  • 10.22.18 at 19:32: Officers were requested to respond to a Marshfield residence for report of a argument between two adults. Officers made contact with a 61 year-old Marshfield female. Further investigation showed that the female subject and her 59 year-old husband have hearing impairments and tend to create more noise than necessary when having a disagreement. There were no areas of concern that required law enforcement action. Officers made contact with the complainant and were made aware of a different incident that occurred two weeks prior.
  • 10.21.18 at 14:20: Officers responded to a residence in the City of Marshfield for a civil standby. Because they ended their relationship, the 45 year-old Marshfield man was attempting to retrieve his property from his 44 year-old ex-girlfriend. The female owned the residence, but he male had established residency with her. The male was able to make entry into the residence to retrieve his property. The male agreed that because he retrieved all of this property, he was relinquishing his right to the residence.
  • 10.20.18 at 18:44: Complainant reported finding a 26 year-old Stratford male intoxicated with his bicycle laying down in a yard. Complainant reported he was attempting to bring him to his residence but the male began to make concerning statements and he was concerned for the man’s well-being. The male denied any statements to harm himself but was found to have a warrant from Wood County. He was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of marijuana which later tested positive for the presence of THC. After booking, the male was transported to Wood County Jail and charges will be sent to the DA’s office.
  • 10.19.18 at 11:52: A 32 year-old Arpin man turned himself in at the MPD on an active Probation Warrant. The man was booked and transported to the Wood County Jail.
