Officers found the circumstances of the complaint to be odd and were able to figure out who the anonymous complainant was and then made contact with her. It was determined that the complainant knew the owner of the truck and was a suspect in a recent theft from the owner of the truck. Officers were unable to prove that the complainant sprayed the mustard on the truck, but were able to prove that the complainant provided some false information when speaking to dispatchers and officers. The complainant was cited for obstructing and her probation officer was contacted and a No Contact was requested between the two subjects.
