MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – At Tuesday’s Plan Commission Meeting, Shannon Eldridge of Halifax Development presented possible plans for the former Rose Bowl Lanes property at 1600 N Central Avenue.
Plans revealed a proposed car wash building, commercial retail space, and a fast-casual restaurant space. The potential new owner would demolish the existing Rose Bowl Lanes building and split the lot into two parcels, then would redevelop the site and construct two new buildings on the newly-split parcels. Both buildings would be commercial uses.
One building would serve as a car wash (on the northern portion of the current Rose Bowl Lanes site) and the other on the southern part of the site would include a retail tenant and a quick-serve restaurant with a drive-thru and outdoor seating component.
