Rafters Introduce Two New Front Office Members
Gwen Filipi: Community Relations/Sales Manager
Connor Filipi: Marketing/Media Manager
November 11th 2024: The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are introducing Gwen Filipi as the new Community Relations and Sales Manager and Connor Filipi as the new Marketing and Media Manager.

Gwen will be making her Northwoods League debut this year. With her experience in sales and event planning, Gwen is excited to connect with the community and bring a great fan experience to Rafters fans. “I’m excited for a new challenge in my career. The people have already welcomed us with open arms and I can’t wait to bring memorable experiences to the Rafters Fans.”

The 2025 season at Historic Witter Field will be Connor’s 2nd season in the Northwoods League. Connor spent the 2021 season as the Video Production Intern for the Willmar Stingers. As he takes control of the marketing and production departments, he’s ready to be back in the Northwoods League. “After breaking into the sports world in the Northwoods League, I am excited to be back with a team like the Rafters. I am ready to lead our production crew and give our fans a great viewing experience.”
