Canadian National Railroad crossing at S. Galvin Ave. & Veterans Parkway will be closed on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, for repairs
MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Canadian National Railroad notified the City of Marshfield that they will be repairing the crossing at S. Galvin Ave. & Veterans Parkway. The work is expected to be started/finished on the same day Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
The requested closure will have a signed detour. Motorists wishing to take Galvin Ave. north off Veterans Parkway can utilize E. 34th St. S. to Mallard Ave N. to Yellowstone Dr., or N. Hume Ave. to E. 4th St. S. to Galvin Ave.
Traffic going south on S. Galvin Ave. will utilize Yellowstone Dr. to S. Mallard Ave., to E. 34th St. to get out onto Veterans Parkway. If you have any questions, please call the Street Division at 715-486-2081.
