The Regis Ramblers ran their way to a 3rd WIAA State Championship with a 41-7 rout of the Shiocton Cheifs.
Ramber’s running back Zander Rockow set a new Division 7 record with 251 yards rushing.
Regis opened the scoring on the first play from scrimmage Rockow ran it in from 65 yards out making it 6-0. Kendon Krogman then connected with Carson Tait for a 33-yard touchdown pass with 8:16 left in the 1st, making it 14-0
Middle of the 2nd quarter Tait would run one in from 35 yards out making it 21-0. Regis would get one more before halftime on a Rockow 6-yard touchdown run sending the game to the half 28-0.
Krogman would get his second touchdown pass, this time connecting with Spencer Gehling for a 35-yard score, making it 35-0. Rockow would add an exclamation point to his record-setting day by tiptoeing the sideline for a 73-yard touchdown run.
Shiocton would add a score late on a Cade Stingle 4-yard-touchdown run.
