MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Captain Jake Howey, a captain in the Wisconsin Army National Guard who has been stationed in Europe, surprised his family Thursday with his return. He started with his wife, Kristina, at her workplace. Then, their six children starting with Lincoln Elementary School and finishing at Marshfield High Schoo.
