The National Weather Service has issued a river flood warning for the Big Eau Pleine River near Stratford in Marathon County. Due to an ice jam, the river has risen several feet since Sunday afternoon. The river will fluctuate between 15-16 feet on Monday. Agriculture land and some cottages may be affected on the western end of the reservoir.
