Referendum Will Appear on April Ballot
MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – At Wednesday’s meeting, Marshfield School Board approved a $99.5 million referendum for the April 4, 2023 ballot. On that date, voters will decide whether to pass or decline the referendum. This referendum is in addition to the recurring referendum that voters approved in 2020 and which continues in perpetuity.
In addition to a School District referendum, voters may be asked to vote on a $1.1 million referendum for public safety. The Common Council will meet on January 24 to discuss further and determine ballot wording.
OnFocus will be covering more details pertaining to both referendums in the coming months.
