Seth Coker Named Co-Player of the Year in Division 4, All State Teams Announced

The Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association announced their Players of the Year and All-State Teams.

The Division 4 Player of the year is a split between Jack Washburn of Webster and Seth Coker of Athens. Coker batted .594 on the year and went 8-1 on the mound with a 1.70 ERA. Washburn was 12-0 on the mound with a 0.13 ERA along with batting .529.

Other Player of the Year recognition went to Sam Stange of Eau Claire North in Division 1, Connor Prielipp of Tomah in Division 2 and Marcus Cline of Fall Creek in Division 3.

The WBCA All-State First Team includes Coker and Donovan Brandel of Wisconsin Rapids. Brandel hit .457 on the season and was 7-1 pitching with a 1.79 ERA.

Included on the Honorable Mention list are Carter Hanke of Marathon, Colton Wright of Auburndale, Carter Kurki of Iola-Scandinavia, and Brady Franz of Stevens Point.
