MARATHON COUNTY, WI (OnFocuS) – The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office is hosting the 8th Annual Battle of the Badges Softball Tournament Fundraiser. With immense support from the community, 2021’s tournament enabled them to donate $20,000 to the Wisconsin Fire and EMS Memorial in Wisconsin Rapids!
“With our continued community generosity of our organization, the goal for 2022 is to give a $20,000 donation to the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Museum of Valor,” they stated. “With businesses and individuals that make this community so great, we invite you to join our event and make it successful once again!”
“We are extremely grateful for any and all contributions. Our organization has donated $68,000.00 to various organizations since 2014. With support from such a great community, we hope to be successful again this year and want to thank you for making it possible!”
