The new Marshfield City Hall on 6th Street, set for move-in this fall, is beginning to look more official.
A remodeled sign marking the new space debuted Tuesday complete with the city logo and an electronic message board that will allow the City the opportunity to advertise upcoming events and meetings. Forward Financial Bank was previously located in the building at 207 W. Sixth St. just down the way from the current City Hall Plaza.
Interior remodeling is going well and is on schedule for completion at the end of August, said Public Works Director Dan Knoeck. Move-in will be the first week of September and the first public day in the new location is Monday, September 10.
