Hazardous travel conditions are expected in central and north-central Wisconsin as light wintry mix of freezing rain, sleet, and snow moves in Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service advised drivers to expect slippery conditions and to slow down and allow extra time to reach destinations. Accumulations of 2-3 inches of snow are expected in most areas from Wednesday morning to night.
From Thursday through Friday, additional periods of light snow are expected with 1-3 inches possible through Friday night, according to NWS.
