Social Distanced Event Space Available at Hotel Marshfield

In this time of social distancing, local meeting and event venues are taking steps to ensure guest safety while also providing top-quality service. Hotel Marshfield has several flexible meeting spaces, including two large ballrooms, a Grand Ballroom and a Central Ballroom.

“We can accommodate up to 500 when combining both spaces,” said Tricia Berg, Director of Sales. “The Grand Ballroom can seat 325, and the Central Ballroom can seat 200.”

Hotel Marshfield also has the Grand Atrium, Marshfield Room and Executive Board Room for small meetings.

“Each meeting space has state-of-the-art audio & visual equipment and high-speed wireless internet,” said Berg, adding that Hotel Marshfield is accommodating for COVID-19 recommendations.

“We are able to accommodate groups and set up the rooms for proper social distancing, with limited group sizes,” she said. “We have also changed the way we handle food and beverage services to ensure guest safety.”
