SPASH Boys Soccer Trimmed by Kimberly
SPASH traveled to Kimberly on Friday night to take on Appleton North and fell to the Lightning by a score of 3-2.
Eli Chang and Tyler Falkavage both scored first half goals for the Panthers who took a 2-1 lead into the half. In the second half, SPASH struggled on the attack. Coy Brish made five saves. SPASH is now 3-6 on the season and will host Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday.
“We played a strong first half and were moving the ball pretty well. In the second half we failed to adjust to North’s increased pressure by possessing the ball out of the back. As a result, we found ourselves on our heels for much of the second half. To be sure that will be the focus of our next training.”
