Stevens Point (OnFocus) – Homecoming for the SPASH Panthers proved to be a recipe for success, as the Panthers downed the Evergreens 28-20 in VFA action.
Riley Warzynski had a one yard touchdown run and a pair of touchdown passes, the first to Daniel Zdroik for 12 yards and the second a 2 yard connection with Quinton Martin.
Peyton Pumper led SPASH with 5 receptions for 88 yards.
Leading 21-20 in the fourth quarter, Jaybreal Palbrach scored on a 4 yard run with 3:31 left to cap the game’s scoring.
