The SPASH Panthers took a pair of wins in WVC doubleheader baseball action with Wausau West, winning game 1-0 before coming alive and winning game two 9-4.
Logan Schulfer shut down West in the opener, picking up the complete game win pitching one-hit ball.
“Logan was dominant in game one. Just what we expect from someone of his talent level,” said SPASH Head Coach Kraig Terpstra.
Bryce Pelky got the win in game two.
“It was nice to see our bats come alive in game 2. We are starting to show that we have a deep lineup offensively. We have the potential to be deep on the mound when we get some people healthy,” Terpstra added.
SPASH is now 4-0 and 4-0 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference
