Wood County Sheriff’s Department Special Response Team held a joint scenario training day on Monday with Marshfield Police Department’s SRT, Wisconsin Rapids Police Department’s SRT & Wisconsin Rapids Fire Department’s TEMS Operators.
The groups worked to accomplish objectives in collaboration with one another in training exercises at Glacial Lake Cranberries in Wisconsin Rapids.
“All of the agencies wanted to extend a huge thank you to the entire Brown family at Glacial Lake Cranberries for allowing us all access to their entire property!” the Sheriff’s Department stated in a Facebook post. “The weather held out nicely and the teams worked well together. Thank you to all who participated!”
