SPENCER, WI (OnFocus) – At 11:30 AM on December 21, the Spencer Fire Department officially placed its brand-new Pierce 107’ Ascendant Quint into service, marking a significant upgrade to its fleet. This state-of-the-art apparatus replaces the department’s 1999 Darley 65’ Telesquirt, ensuring enhanced capabilities for firefighting and rescue operations in the Spencer community.
The department extends heartfelt thanks to all its dedicated members who contributed countless hours to training on the new equipment and facilitating the transfer of gear to the new Quint. Their hard work and commitment underscore the department’s mission to provide top-notch service and safety.
