Spencer girls basketball holds down Wisconsin Valley Lutheran

SPENCER – The Spencer girls basketball team snapped a three-game losing streak with a 31-10 victory over Wisconsin Valley Lutheran in a nonconference game Monday night at Spencer High School.

Ten different Rockets scored in the home win, led by Elexa Post’s seven points.

Spencer is now 2-4 this season, while WVL suffers its first loss of the season and falls to 6-1.

Spencer hosts Loyal on Thursday in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game.
