MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The Spencer Referendum asking for a recurring amount of money has passed and will allow for teacher and student support over the next five years.
The referendum passed with a total of 597 to 554. A full list of items covered under the referendum can be found here. All districts in Clark and Marathon Counties have reported.
The previous referendum failed in 2021.
