Marshfield (OnFocus)- 24 year-old Tyler D Custer of Stratford will make his initial appearance in Marathon County Court Thursday.
An initial complaint against Custer was filed on January 27th, with additional charges being filed on May 28 after further investigation.
The 13 felony counts include two counts of soliciting an intimate representation from a minor, two counts of exposure to harmful material, two counts causing a child to view sexual activity, five counts of child enticement, and two counts of child sexual exploitation.
Of the 18 total charges, five are deemed misdemeanors of sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older.
The Marathon County Court has restricted Custer’s communications, prohibiting connection with Stratford High School, including direct personal or physical contact, telephone, writing, or contact through other persons.
Custer is currently free on cash bond, and after his initial appearance on June 11 is scheduled to return to court on July 15th.
