STANLEY – Stanley-Boyd knocked off Stratford 8-3 in a WIAA Division 3 softball regional final on Thursday.
Stanley-Boyd (9-12) moves on to a Division 3 sectional semifinal Tuesday at Prescott (17-9).
Stratford’s season comes to an end with the loss. After winning the first two regional games as the lower-seeded team, the Tigers finish the year with an 8-12 record.
