Marshfield Fire and Rescue Responding to a Garage Fire
Marshfield (OnFocus) At 11:50 a.m. on Sunday, Wood County Central Communications dispatched Marshfield Fire and Rescue to 307 W. 6th Street for a structure fire.
Initial reports indicated visible flames from a garage, which housed two vehicles.
Marshfield Fire and Rescue acknowledged visible flames upon arrival at the structure shortly after 11:52 a.m.
The local fire hydrant needed to be cleared due to snow prior to combating the fire.
Marshfield Police department assisted with road closures.
As of 12:28 pm, Marshfield Fire and Rescue have cleared the location.
At this time, no report has been issued regarding the cause of the fire.
