Marshfield, WI (OnFocus) Cole Hanson and Jeffery Berres of Marshfield High School have been named 2019 Academic-All State honorees by the Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin (GCAW).
To be eligible, students must obtain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25; participate in at least 75 percent of their team’s varsity matches; and be a sophomore, junior or senior.
The GCAW was originally founded by high school golf coaches in 1986. Its mission is to support coaches through resources and educational opportunities, thereby improving their coaching performance. The nonprofit recognizes the achievements of its members and their student athletes.
