Wisconsin Rapids, WI (OnFocus) A Juul container is to blame for a soft lockdown at Lincoln High School this morning.
At 9:25 a.m. at Lincoln High School, a student reported to administration of a suspicious noise heard in a bathroom stall. The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department investigated and students were identified from video surveillance for interview.
A student admitted to popping open a Juul pod container and loading the cartridge into the Juul. There are no safety threats to students or staff.
