Super Bowl Ticket Price Update – Prices Continue to Slide
Gametime, the leading/app site for last minute tickets, is reporting that “get-in” prices for the Super Bowl are continuing to trend down. As of this morning, the lowest-cost/get-in tickets are available for $4,728 per ticket (including taxes and fees). That is down from $5,860 per ticket last Friday and $6,375 per ticket on last Monday. Top tickets are going for $29,693 each, down significantly from $58,327 per ticket on Friday.
For comparison, the lowest-priced/get-in seats for last year’s Super Bowl between the Chiefs and 49ers were $8,764 each, right before the game. Top priced seats were $37,620 each. When the Chiefs and Eagles met in the Super Bowl two years ago, tickets were starting at $6,264 each with the top priced tickets going for $33,042 each.
