The Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned Governor Tony Evers Order to postpone the April 7th election on a 4-2 decision.
Justices Rebecca Dallat and Ann Walsh Bradley dissented on the opinion, Justice Daniel Kelly recused himself.
The decision overturns the change of election date and new rules for absentee ballots but leaves in place the requirement for the legislature to meet tomorrow at 2:00 PM.
The election will proceed as planned for April 7th.
