The Pittsville Panthers Fought Off the Spencer Rockets

The Spencer Rockets started off strong but were quickly overtaken and run down by the Pittsville Panthers, who took the game 68-50.

Matthew Kissner took the game with 41 points, earning him 1038 points so far in his high school basketball career along with 16 rebounds, four assists, and three steals.

Jordan Denniston walked out of the game with 13 points, two rebounds, and two assists.

Spencer’s top scorers included Austin Bacon with 22. Brett Kasich followed with 19 points.

The Panthers moved to 10-4 overall. Spencer Rockets fell down to 9-4.

Pittsville will be hosting Pacelli on Friday night.
