The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after three bins containing cats were abandoned at the county humane society overnight.
An unknown suspect dropped off the plastic bins, which were punched with dozens of small holes, between 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20 and 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21. The shelter said the cats were sick and left out in the cold rain.
