MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Christmas is just over a week away and events celebrating the holiday are here. Here’s our picks for events to attend this weekend:

  1. CELEBRATE THE SEASON – A FAMILY HOLIDAY (Friday)Join the Hub City Symphony as we “Celebrate the Season – A Family Holiday” Directed By Elijah Schuh Featuring the Marshfield High School Madrigal Singers, Spencer High School Handbell Choir and UWSP Tuba Christmas. Masks are Required. Tickets can be purchased online or an hour before the concert at the box office. Tickets are $10, free for children 10 and under, free for UWSP students day of. Held at the Helen Connor Laird Theatre at UWSP at Marshfield on Friday, Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
  2. POLAR EXPRESS STORYWALK (Through Dec. 19) – Event for kids held at the Everett Roehl Marshfield Public Library. Come to the Youth Services Desk and get a Polar Express ticket, view the Polar Express Storywalk set up on the first floor in the children’s area, and return to the desk to get your ticket punched to receive a special gift to take home.
  3. LAST MINUTE GIFT EVENT @ MARSHFIELD MALL (Saturday – Sunday) – Join the Marshfield Mall in getting your last-minute gift shopping done by supporting local crafters and vendors.
