Spencer: Safety personnel were called to a two-vehicle traffic accident at E. Apple St and S. Pacific St. shortly after 5:00 pm Thursday, September 20th. Owen-Withee EMS was first on the scene as they were returning from a transport call, with Spencer Police Department, Spencer Fire and EMS Department arriving shortly afterwards.
The vehicle traveling west on E. Apple St. failed to yield at the intersection, colliding with a second vehicle traveling northbound on WIS 13.
Spencer EMS treated victims on scene, resulting in no medical transport.
The accident remains under investigation.
