Spencer (OnFocus) – A milk truck is on its side at the intersection of Willow Drive and Pacific Street (HWY 13) in Spencer. Initial reports are that the driver was turning left to go north on HWY 13. Speed appears to be a factor in the rollover. Spencer EMS and Spencer Fire Department were dispatched. The driver was extracted and transported to Marshfield Medical Center. HWY 13 northbound is reduced to one lane of traffic.
