Marshfield, WI (OnFocus) Marshfield Utilities initiated an emergency power outage lasting five minutes starting at 3:45 p.m. Monday afternoon in order to safely work on a downed power line, according to its Facebook page.
The incident occurred at Lincoln Ave. and Airport Road after a vehicle struck a utility pole, which snapped at the bottom, according to scanner reports. No further information was available at this time.
As of 4:30 p.m., traffic is down to one lane on Lincoln Ave.
