MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – A stretch of Central Ave. from Veterans Parkway to 9th Street will be closed for a city trick-or-treat event on Friday, Oct. 29.
The closure is expected to last four hours or so from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to dress up and visit businesses participating in the event. MMCCU will be participating in the event and you can read more about the event here.
On Sunday, Oct. 31, a stretch of 5th Street will be closed from Oak Ave. to Schmidt Ave. from 4:30 to 8 p.m. for a separate trick-or-treat event.
Trick-or-treaters at the event should park in the Our Lady of Peace back parking lot or the SJ Miller Park parking lot.
