Two arrested in Recent Cases Involving Internet Crimes Against Children

CLARK COUNTY, WI (OnFocus) – A release from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office stated that the department has executed two warrants in a internet crime against children operation.

On Wednesday, July 14, 2021, Detective Schreiber of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office with other members of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, along with the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation Special Agents, executed two separate search warrants in Clark County and conducted two separate investigations into internet crimes against children cases.

According to the release, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Division of Criminal Investigation had received two separate tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The first warrant was executed outside of Spencer, WI. Jeremy Allen Henaman, 31, was arrested after his residence was searched for possession of child pornography.

The second search warrant was executed in the Village of Dorchester and Ricardo Pena-Cruz, age 24, was arrested, after searching his residence, for possession of child pornography.

Henaman was released on a $1,000.00 signature bond and Pena-Cruz was given a $10,000 cash bond and is currently in the Clark County Jail.
