Two People Identified in Deadly Marathon County Domestic Violence Incident

TOWN OF EASTON, WI (OnFocus) – The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office has identified the two people killed during an act of domestic violence on May 28, 2024, at a Town of Easton home as 63-year-old Patrick J. Eppolite and 53-year-old Valerie J. McCarthy. Both resided at the Junction Road home. Authorities have completed the investigation and autopsies.

The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office extends its condolences to the families who lost their loved ones. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or are involved in an abusive domestic relationship, help is available.
