Krystal Bowman Joins Marshfield Area United Way
OnFocus — Marshfield Area United Way is pleased to announce the hiring of Krystal Bowman as Resource and Office Manager. The responsibilities of this position include, providing administrative support for staff and volunteers at Marshfield Area United Way, including programmatic support for the Volunteer Center and its projects, and development and implementation of United Way’s data and financial practices.
Bowman and her husband, Eric, moved to Marshfield in 2013 to be closer to family. They have two children; a son, Eli (3), and a daughter Emery (15 months). Since joining the Marshfield community, Bowman and her family have enjoyed becoming active community members and look forward to raising their children in such a generous and caring community.
Before joining Marshfield Area United Way, Bowman worked for the Marshfield School District as a Communication Specialist. Her passion for community involvement and growth began with her previous experience working as a Buy Local Specialist to help local farmers and producers bring farm to table. Bowman received her degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Communications and Marketing.
“I am very excited to begin this new chapter and contribute to and serve the community. I look forward to working with the great staff, Board of Directors and volunteers at United Way.” Bowman said.
