MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – If you’re looking for an outdoor volunteer activity this weekend, Marshfield School Forest trail managers could use your help!

From the group: “Marshfield School Forest fat bike trail cleanup help needed! As we all know, we finally have snow to play in, unfortunately the ice and snow on the trees are blocking the trails.

Volunteers are needed this weekend to snowshoe the bike trials to clear snow off the leaning trees and remove broken limbs. All you need are snowshoes and loppers. I will remove any trees when I start grooming. The gate is open, so you are welcome to work on the trails at your convenience.

The trails will be groomed as soon as the trails have been cleared. Thanks for your help.”
