Winter Storm Hits Midwest
The winter storm that has dropped nearly a foot of snow across the Mississippi Valley northward into the Upper Great Lakes will begin winding down later this morning.
Snow and rain are expected to taper off throughout Southern Wisconsin and Illinois Monday morning.
Blizzard warnings remain into effect through 6am local time in southeast Wisconsin/northeast Illinois, including the Chicago area.
