Wednesdays and Fridays are the luckiest days for winning the lottery! Monday comes in as the worst

New research from The Action Network has revealed the best days for a winning lottery draw.

Our research shows that most jackpots for Powerball occur on a Wednesday (126).

For Mega Millions, Friday seems to be the luck day with 119 jackpots.

Using official data from the Mega Millions and Powerball historical records, we tallied up the frequency of jackpots on specific days of the week.

Luckiest Day For The Winning Lottery Draw

Wednesdays reign supreme, fabulously notching up a whopping 126 Powerball jackpot wins.

Hot on its heels is Friday, with 119 Mega Millions wins, making the end of the week a potential treasure trove for lottery hopefuls.

Saturdays bring their own charm with 116 Powerball wins, while Tuesdays join the league with 100 Mega Millions wins.

Poor Monday, the least favored day, garnered only 9 Powerball jackpots, carving its niche as the least lucky day of them all.
