Weyauwega-Fremont(4-2, 2-2 CWC Large) @ Stratford(4-1-1, 4-0 CWC Large)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Stratford by 9

Analysis – Stratford is on a four game winning streak.  Weyauwega-Fremont began the season 4-0 but has since dropped CWC-Large games to Shiocton and Amherst. Stratford’s offense is based on a strong running game, and the Tigers have a stingy defense. W-F has put up big points this season, but their four defeated opponents have a combined 2-22 record. All signs point to  a Stratford win.

Owen-Withee(5-0, 2-0 8 Player CWC East) @ Greenwood(1-4, 0-2 8 Player CWC East)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Owen-Withee by 18

Analysis – Owen-Withee has defeated opponents the last twk weeks who were undefeated: Athens and Gilman. The Blackhawks are dominating with a punishing running game. Greenwood looks to make its mark and knock off O-W, but it wil lbe a tough task.

****************************

Pittsville(1-5, 1-3 Marawood) @ Edgar(5-1, 3-1 Marawood)

OnFocus Computer Prediction –  Edgar by 14

Analysis – Pittsville played Colby tough last week, keeping the Hornets to a season-low 21 points. Edgar rebounded from a defeat at home to Colby in Week 5 with a thrashing of Abbotsford. Can the Panthers pull the upset? Computer numbers say no.

****************************

Thorp(5-0, 2-0 8 Player CWC East) @ Athens(4-1, 1-1 CWC East)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Thorp by 3

Analysis – Thorp is on a roll. Athens put up big numbers in Week 6 after falling to unbeaten Owen-Withee in Week 5. The Bluejays get a boost playing at home. Is that a enough? The computer gives the edge to Thorp.

****************************

Auburndale(7-0, 4-0 Marawood) @ Abbotsford(4-2, 2-2 Marawood)

OnFocus Computer Prediction –  Auburndale by 22

Analysis – Auburndale is flying high this season, outscoring opponnts 281 to 30, with four shutout wins. A stingy defense and offense running on all cylinders with Trayton Weber at the helm has Auburndale poised for a strong playoff run. Abbotsford stayed close with Edgar for a quarter in Week 5 before the Wildcats’ passing game took over. With the Eagles flying through the air, the computer numbers point to a big Auburndale win.

****************************

Port Edwards(3-2, 1-1 8 Player Central) @ Tri-County(2-3, 1-1 8 Player Central)

OnFocus Computer Prediction –  Port Edwards by 5

Analysis – Each team looks to move a step closer to securing a playoff berth. Port’s high flying offense will have to produce on the road. Computer numbers show Port will put it out.

****************************

Wisconsin Rapids(4-2, 3-1 VFA) @ Marshfield(5-2, 4-0 VFA)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Marshfield by 1

Analysis – This game is huge in the Valley Football Association. With a win, Marshfield would have the VFA title all but sewn up, with games on the road at SPASH(1-5, 1-3 VFA) and Hortonville(2-2, 2-4 VFA). With a win, the Raiders would be tied for the conference lead with Marshfield and with Wausau West(with a Warriors’ win.)

****************************

Regis(6-0, 4-0 Cloverbelt) @ Mondovi(6-0, 4-0 Cloverbelt)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Regis by 3

Analysis – Regis and Mondovi are poised to become conference rivals for the long term, and with each team entering the game unbeaten, this game will be a check on who is most likely to become the Cloverbelt champion. Computer numbers point to amn advantage for Regis, but with the game at Mondovi, this one will be closer. Regis gets the nod.

****************************

Colby(6-0, 4-0 Marawood) @ Marathon(3-3, 2-2 Marawood)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Colby by 8

Analysis – Marathon has alternated wins and losses, and is playing its second game in two weeks against an undefeated co-conference leader. The Raiders struggled with Auburndale in Week 6, while Colby picked up a win over Pittsville but didn’t dominate as some predicted. Computers point to a Colby win, with Marathon gaining a home-game boost.

****************************

Antigo(2-4, 1-3 Great Northern) @ Mosinee(4-1-1, 4-0 Great Northern)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Mosinee by 15

Analysis – Mosinee has won four games in a row, tied for first in the GNC. Antigo has hopes of securing a playoff berth, but needs wins in at least two of its remaining three games to have a chance. Mosinee’s offense is flying in high gear; computer analysis points to the passing game of Mosinee outdueling the running game of Antigo.

****************************

Rhinelander(1-5, 1-3 Great Northern) @ Medford(5-1, 4-0 Great Northern)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Medford by 17

Analysis – Rhinelander must win at least two of its remaining games to become playoff eligible, but the Hodags have a tough task, playing at Medford. Medford is on a roll, and the Raiders will dominate, according to the computer.

OTHER GAMES

Kimberly(6-0, 4-0 Fox Valley) @ Fond du Lac(3-3, 2-2 Fox Valley)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Kimberly by 12

****************************

Arrowhead(5-1, 3-1 Classic Eight) @ Muskego 5-1 (3-1 Classic Eight)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Arrowhead by 2

Analysis – A battle in the Classic Eight, the winner has hopes of earning a conference title. Arrowhead fell 31-30 in Week 6 to conference leader Mukwonago, and needs to win to have a chance to earn at least a share of the title. Muskego must win to have a chance as well.
