Weiler Convenience Stores Donates $2,126.50 Each to Two Local Animal Rescues

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Weiler Convenience Stores, with three local, family-owned locations in Marshfield, is pleased to announce its recent donation of $2,126.50 to two reputable animal welfare organizations in the community. The Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation (MHWF) and the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter (MAPS) have each received a generous contribution of $2,126.50, resulting from the successful sale of custom t-shirts. The entirety of the proceeds from the t-shirt sales was dedicated to supporting the vital work of these two rescues. This is the 5th year Weiler’s has hosted a similar fundraiser.

The fundraising initiative was spearheaded by Kelly Weiler, owner of Weiler Convenience Stores, who has a strong passion for animal welfare. Demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact in the community, Weiler Convenience Stores launched a campaign where customers could purchase custom-designed t-shirts, with all proceeds earmarked for the MHWF and MAPS.

The Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, neglected, and abandoned horses, providing them with the care and training necessary for adoption into loving homes. The Marshfield Area Pet Shelter is committed to rescuing, caring for, and rehoming companion animals, ensuring their well-being and promoting responsible pet ownership.
