Marshfield (OnFocus) – In a SWEET local partnership, all three Weiler Convenience Store locations will soon be carrying a variety of goodies from Marshfield’s own 2 1/2 Cups Cupcakery and Bake Shop.
Items will include a variety of flavors of cheesecake slices, cookies, muffins, Oreo mousse cups, chocolates, s’more‘s bars, turtle bars, chocolate / white butter toffee, dog treats and a variety of seasonal/ holiday treats.
“We’re really excited to be able to offer goodies from another local business,” said Trisha Mayer, manager at Weiler’s. “It’s so important to support local, and this is a fun way to do it!”
“Trisha has been a loyal customer to 2 1/2 Cups for quite a few years,” said Sara Riedel, Owner at 2 1/2 Cups. “When we started building partnerships at a few businesses in Marshfield we had asked her if it would be a possibility for us to work with Weiler’s as well. She came through for us and a meeting was set up.”
Weiler Convenience Store is celebrating 30 years as a locally-owned community business this year, while 2 1/2 Cups is approaching seven years in Marshfield’s downtown.
“We have been truly blessed with our customers and support from the community,” said Riedel. “We have a terrific group of sales associates (that are more like family) that are happy to help create the perfect dessert for our customers whether it is a custom cake, gourmet cupcakes or any of our other sweet treats. We are always happy to BAKE our customers smile.”
