MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Wayne and Kelly Weiler, owners of Weiler’s Convenience Stores in Marshfield, have once again demonstrated their commitment to the community by donating 200 pounds of sidewalk salt to Mary’s Place of Central Wisconsin. This generous contribution will help ensure the safety and accessibility of Mary’s Place facilities throughout the winter months.
Mary’s Place provides vital transitional housing services to low-income and no-income individuals, offering them a hand up on their journey to self-sufficiency. With locations in Marshfield and Wisconsin Rapids, Mary’s Place has been a cornerstone of hope and restoration in the community for over 17 years.
“Winter can be a challenging time for any organization and we wanted to help them continue to provide a safe, welcoming environment for those in need,” said Wayne and Kelly.
Weiler’s Convenience Stores operate at three Marshfield locations, and their owners are known for their dedication to supporting local causes. Their donation not only underscores their community spirit but also highlights the importance of partnerships in addressing critical needs.
Mary’s Place serves individuals transitioning from homelessness to stability by offering shelter, necessities, case management, life coaching, and referrals. To learn more about their programs or how you can support their mission, visit their website.
