Wheelers Featured in National Post
Last Month, Wheelers Family Auto Group donated 23,000 vinyl gloves to help alleviate the personal protective equipment (PPE) shortage and protect healthcare providers at Marshfield Clinic Health System. Their act of kindness caught the attention of Chevy, which today featured the Marshfield dealership in a social media post distributed to millions of people.
“At Chevy, our dealers are working to help their communities in this time of crisis,” said the post. “We celebrate them because it’s not in their nature to celebrate themselves.”
“When we heard the need for supplies, we asked ourselves what we might have that could help during this time,” said owner Mary Jo Wheeler, last month. “We were able to learn that the gloves we use in auto repair could be useful. We are so glad that these gloves can be used to help keep our medical professionals safe.”
TriMedia’s Branden Bodendorfer, OnFocus founder, took the photo for the post.
“It’s always great to see our community partners get national recognition,” said Bodendorfer. “We love showcasing local businesses and to see our work and theirs highlighted on a national platform is exciting.”
Getting food to residents of Alamosa, CO was something Town and Country Chevrolet knew they could help with. They provided their shuttle van and driver to a nearby restaurant to make food deliveries to the community.
They are one of us.
