Myles Herro was fouled on a three as time expired, and hit one of the freethrows to give Whitnall the win.
Herro led Whitnall with 21 points, Austin Herro had 9 points and 8 rebounds, Jack Lutz added 8 points.
Central was led by Bennett Fried with 17 points, Frankiee Wilk had 15, Nic Williams 10.
Whitnall will play Pewaukee for the Division 2 State Championship on Saturday evening.
