The WIAA released the 2022 basketball tournament seeds
Division 1
Stevens Point is the #9 seed, they will travel to play #8 seed Appleton North on Friday, March 4th.
Marshfield is the #4 seed, they will host #13 seed D.C. Everest on Friday, March 4th.
Wisconsin Rapids is the #15 seed, they will travel to take on #2 Eau Claire Memorial on Friday, March 4th.
Wausau West is the #11 seed, they will travel to take on #6 Superior on Friday, March 4th.
Division 2
Wausau East is the #8 seed they will travel to take on the #8 Seed Lakeland on Tuesday, March 1st. The winner of that game gets the #1 seed Fox Valley Lutheran.
Medford is the #4 seed, they host #5 New London on Friday, March 4th, winner of that game most likely will play at #1 seed Fox Valley Lutheran on Saturday, March 5th.
Mosinee is the #2 seed, they will host the winner of #7 Merrill and #10 Ashland on Friday, March 4th. The winner of that game most likely gets #3 Shawano on Saturday, March 5th.
Division 3
Stanley-Boyd is the #2 seed, they will host the winner of #7 Black River Falls and #10 Viroqua on Friday, March 4th.
Amherst is the #9 seed, they will travel to take on #8 Clintonville on Tuesday, March 1st, winner of that game takes on #1 Northland Pines on Friday, March 4th.
Division 4
Neillsville is the #6 seed, they will host #11 Osseo-Fairchild on Tuesday, March 1st, The winner of that game plays #3 Fall Creek on Friday, March 4th.
Iola-Scandinavia is the #1 seed, they will host the winner of #9 Princeton/Green Lake and #8 Markesan on Friday, March 4th.
Auburndale is the #4 seed, they will host #13 Montello on Tuesday, March 1st. Colby is the #5 seed, they will host #12 Abbotsford. The winner of each of those games will play on Friday, March 5th.
Marathon is the #3 seed, they will host the winner of #6 Necedah and #11 Westfield on Friday, March 4th.
Stratford is the #2 seed, they will host the winner of #7 Weyauwega-Fremont and #10 Nekoosa on Friday, March 4th.
Division 5
Gilman gets the #16 seed and will take on #1 Clear Lake on Tuesday, March 1st, winner of that game gets the winner of #8 McDonell Cath. and #9 Prairie Farm on Friday, March 4th.
Athens is the #4 seed, they will host #13 Rib Lake on Tuesday, March 1st, winner of that game gets the winner of #5 Bruce and #12 Lake Holcombe on Friday, March 4th.
Owen-Withee is the #10 seed they will travel to take on #7 New Auburn on Tuesday, March 1st. The winner of that game takes on the winner of #2 Turtle Lake and #15 Cornell on Friday, March 4th.
Newman Catholic is the #1 seed, they host #16 Tri-County on Tuesday, March 1st. The winner of that game gets the winner of #8 Assumption and #9 Pacelli on Friday, March 4th.
Almond Bancroft is the #4 seed, they host #13 Spencer on Tuesday, March 1st. The winner of that game gets the winner of #5 Port Edwards and #12 Marion.
